Nothing on it is an offer, a service commitment, a service-level agreement or a warranty. Capability statements are labelled with their phase: claims without a label describe what ships in the current developer phase (PH-1); anything else is labelled *Roadmap*. ## 2 · Licensing stance The ledger core is licensed open-core and source-available. The exact licence text is not yet published and will be, verbatim, before the commercial launch; until then nothing on this site grants a licence beyond applicable law. Pricing instruments are not published: access is quote-led through the [waitlist and design-partner programme](/contact). ## 3 · Acceptable use - Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or any preview endpoint. - Do not misrepresent a preview as a production service, or our material as yours. - Security research is welcome through the coordinated-disclosure channel in [security.txt](/.well-known/security.txt). ## 4 · No warranty The site and any preview are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgerbook AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a preview. ## 5 · Names “Ledgerbook AI” is our product name.
