1 · What this site is

ledgerbook.ai is an informational site about a pre-release product. Nothing on it is an offer, a service commitment, a service-level agreement or a warranty. Capability statements are labelled with their phase: claims without a label describe what ships in the current developer phase (PH-1); anything else is labelled Roadmap.

2 · Licensing stance

The ledger core is licensed open-core and source-available. The exact licence text is not yet published and will be, verbatim, before the commercial launch; until then nothing on this site grants a licence beyond applicable law. Pricing instruments are not published: access is quote-led through the waitlist and design-partner programme.

3 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or any preview endpoint.
Do not misrepresent a preview as a production service, or our material as yours.
Security research is welcome through the coordinated-disclosure channel in security.txt.

4 · No warranty

The site and any preview are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgerbook AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a preview.

5 · Names

“Ledgerbook AI” is our product name. No trademark status is asserted on this page; competitor names are used factually, with sources, under the comparison programme's rules.

6 · Changes
